An item in a home is incorrect. How do we update?

Some builders like to use HomeKey as a quick and easy way to ensure that the correct appliances, fixtures, paints (or hundreds of other items) were installed during the building process.  We know that sometimes, this doesn’t always go as planned.  If you find that the information in the app does not match what was actually installed in the home, we can easily change the item as well as any associated To-Do’s.

To adjust/update a home, simply use our Home Builder Support form - just provide us with the home address/lot number, the item you would like to change, and a few other details outlined in the form, and we’ll update the home ASAP!
