Changing your account email address

Has your email changed or you've lost access to the email associated with your HomeKey account?

Your HomeKey user account currently requires the email account that you signed up with and access to that account.

If you wish to change your HomeKey email account, whether you currently have access to that email address or not, you will need to contact HomeKey Support to change your email address.

In the future, HomeKey will add the ability to manage your email address similarly to changing your password, which will require access to the mobile phone number you signed up with.
